Dr Ivan Chow is a specialist in Family Medicine. He is experienced in chronic disease management such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and mental health.

 

He received his medical degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2004. Dr Chow trained in Family Medicine in United Christian Hospital and became a Specialist in Family Medicine in 2013. He is also a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

 

Dr Chow was Associate Consultant in the Hospital Authority running a community medical centre until joining Marina Medical Centre in 2020.

 

Dr Chow has a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University and a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has several papers published in various medical journals.

 

He is an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a training supervisor of Family Medicine trainees for the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians.

Dr Hnin Saing obtained her biological sciences degree in the University of California in 1993 where she was on the Dean's Honor List and received an 'Excellence in Research' award.

She received her medical degree from The University of Hong Kong in 1998 and spent her intern year in major public hospitals in Hong Kong, rotating through paediatrics, internal medicine and surgery. She worked as a medical officer in anaesthesia and intensive care at Queen Mary Hospital, before joining the School of Public Health at The University of Hong Kong in 2003. During her time there she was responsible for research, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, and curriculum revision.

Dr Saing obtained a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Queensland in 2008.

Dr Amber Tang obtained her medical degree at the Chinese University in 2006. With her master degree in Master of Aviation Medicine at the University of Otago in 2014, Dr Tang has extensive experience in aviation medicine. She was appointed as designated aviation medical examiners in Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Australia.


Dr Tang holds a valid title of  “CME-Certified” as approved by the Medical Council, the certificates demonstrate her determination to keep herself up-to-date on the current developments in medical practice and to maintain a high professional standard.

Dr Daniel Chan received his medical degree at the University of Hong Kong in 1977. He further broadened his knowledge in completing a Diploma in Psychological Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians of London & Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1982 and a Diploma in Family Medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1994. In 1985, Dr Chan obtained a fellowship from the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians.


Dr Chan has experience in working in public and private healthcare sectors, and has served as a full time University Physician for the University of Hong Kong for 27 years.
 

With his knowledge and background in health care, Dr Chan is devoted in providing personal and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community.
