Would like to work out but feel struggled in the summertime? Let's learn about Nordic walking. Nordic walking is a planned, targeted, and fast-paced activity. As early as 1930, Nordic skiers would walk with ski poles every summer to maintain their physical strength and physical fitness. Later, it gradually developed into a new type of exercise, and the handle, wrist strap and material of the pole body were modified. Made into a "walking pole" to make it more suitable for walking and mountaineering. Originally used as a summer training method for cross-country skiers, it has now become a full-body exercise for the public. Studies have shown that Nordic walking is also suitable for patients with cardiovascular disease and improves overall physical health. If you are unsure about which exercise is suitable for you, please discuss it with your doctor.
