Compared with the traditional carbon dioxide laser, a fractional carbon dioxide laser can improve the skin with bumps and holes. With the help of its special software and the accurate handpiece, it creates minuscule holes in the skin's bottom layer by delivering very tiny beams of high-energy laser at regular intervals in a dot matrix mode. Major lumps and holes can be efficiently treated by the minimally invasive procedure, which also encourages the production of collagen and helps the skin to shrink and tighten quickly.
To accomplish therapeutic benefits, the heat energy of evenly scattered micro-spot laser beams with a wavelength of 10,600nm is utilized to damage the epidermis and dermis of the skin, evaporate skin tissue, and stimulate skin regeneration. To precisely and safely manage the heat energy, it intelligently adjusts the heat dissipation duration and light spot conduction distribution.
Numerous small beams are produced using a fractional carbon dioxide laser. These micro-spot beams can be absorbed by the water molecules inside the skin, producing local vaporization and injury. The fractional carbon dioxide laser's narrow beam area results in a small wound area and a quick recovery time. It can trigger the regeneration and rearrangement of subcutaneous collagen, cure scar tissue, and shrink enlarged pores through these microscopic wounds inside the skin.

CO2 laser treatment time
You will notice a difference with just one treatment for removal treatment of moles and warts. Different facial problems and personal constitutions influence the number of treatments required. It is advised that four weeks elapse between each treatment.
Treatment times range from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the indication. Following the procedure, you should use items that aid in skin repair and pay attention to moisturizing and protecting your skin from the sun. It can accelerate the restoration of healthy skin.
The steps of the entire laser treatment process
- Apply topical numbing cream and rest for 20-30 minutes, waiting for the cream to be absorbed.
- After 20-30 minutes, the nurse will remove the cream from your face.
- Start treatment, you may feel a slight burning sensation during the treatment.
- After treatment, apply ice or topical cream to relieve redness and swelling.
- It is recommended to proceed to the next stage of treatment after 4-6 weeks.
Post-treatment care
During the procedure, you may feel some mild warmth and tingling sensation. After the procedure, there will not be much of an appearance difference. The skin will be slightly puffy, red, and scabby one to two days after the treatment. It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight, wear sunscreen, and moisturize. It just takes a few days for the scabs to fall off completely, and the skin will begin to peel. After the procedure, collagen will keep growing for several months, keeping the skin smooth and bright for a certain period.
Instructions before laser treatment
Pregnant women, individuals who have wounds at the treatment site, skin irritation, photosensitive skin, or lupus erythematosus. Individuals with the medical histories listed above should not receive this treatment. Please schedule a treatment consultation in advance.

Please stop taking any oral vitamin A derivatives and consult your doctor for advice before continuing.
Things to note after laser treatment:
