以牛奶巧克力為例,每100克含有558千卡路里,47.1克糖,34.8克脂肪(飽和脂肪佔21.6克);黑巧克力每100克含有564千卡路里,44克糖,36.6克脂肪(飽和脂肪佔22.4公克)。
