  • 20-30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml honey (optional, to taste)
  • 150-200ml Sparkling water or soda water
  • Ice cubes


Instructions:

  1. Place cucumber strips and mint leaves at the bottom of the cup and mash gently to release the aroma.
  2. Add lemon juice and honey.
  3. Add enough ice and then pour in sparkling water or soda water.
  4. Stir gently with a stirring stick until combined.

2. Iced Green Tea with Lemon & Ginger

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Ginger juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional, to taste)
  • 500 ml Green tea

Instructions:

  1. Pour the ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey into the green tea and stir well.
  2. Add ice cubes as desired.

Ingredients:

  • 10g dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1L water, 5-6 smoked plums (wumei)
  • 2-3 slices licorice root

Instructions:

  1. Bring 1 L of water to a boil, then add the smoked plums and licorice root to release their flavors.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers, bring it back to a boil, then simmer for about 3 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, cover, and steep for 5 minutes to lock in the aroma.
  4. Strain out the hibiscus. Once slightly cooled, stir in the honey and a pinch of salt (the salt enhances the natural sweetness).
  5. Add ice cubes as desired.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • about half a lemon (or 10g store-bought additive-free lemon juice)
  • 15g chia seeds (approx. 1 tbsp)
  • 250ml water
  • Ice cubes.


Instructions:

  1. Put chia seeds in a cup, add 250ml warm water, stir well, and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Cut a thin slice of lemon for garnish and squeeze the rest for juice (skip this step if using store-bought juice).
  3. Add the honey and lemon juice into the chia seed cup, stir well.
  4. Add ice cubes as desired.
